Green Castle S & SC won a one chalk thriller against Queens Park to reach the finals of the BCGBA World Club Championship. They had earlier beaten St Georges by 15, whilst Queens Park had hammered Garswood Hall by 51. On the other green and Haunchwood got through with a 28 shot victory over Dunkinfield Central and a 15 chalk win over Gladstone, who had earlier beaten Hoghton by 7.
