The Arthur Land Super Cup draw has been done for 2018 and there are 11 1st round games. Woodlands Park play Sandal, Hadfield take on former last 16 team Maltby and 2016 winners Esclusham are against Meersbrook Park of South Yorkshire. Another welsh side Cunliffe, play Castle Sports, who reached the Quarter Finals of the BCGBA World Club Championship this year, and Brooke Hotel meet Ashton Cricket in the Northern Section. In the Southern Section, former World Club Champions M&B Cheslyn Hay play Belvedere and returning 2016 Shropshire Premier Bowling League champions Sir John Bayley play Moseley. Hanwood against Stretton Anglesey is a clash of two tough home greens, same as Dudley Dell and Haunchwood. West Brom FSC take on Meole Brace, while the last tie is Tanworth In Arden and Penn, a repeat of a last 16 clash from last year.

No teams from same county play each other in 1st round, in all other rounds you may. Please give your opponents plenty of options to play the games, I don’t want to impose fixture dates unless I have no other choice.
1st round to be played by 24/06/2018, 2nd round by 12/08/18. There will then be an open draw for the last 16 and the games to be played by 7/10/2018. Finals date is 14/10/2018 at a venue to be decided.
There are 40 entries @£40 gives £1600 and there is £160 to be added from last year’s fund giving a grand total of £1760. To be paid out as follows:
Winner – £500.00, Runner up – £280.00, Semi’s (x2) – £150.00, Qtr Final (x4) – £90.00, Last 16 (x8) – £40.00
