Wrockwardine Wood Open Finals Day Preview

There is a quality field assembled for the last major competition of the season at Wrockwardine Wood. Former finalist and semi finalist Mike Beer is favourite to finally add this trophy to his collection, and faces Simon Homer of Staffordshire first game. There are two former winners in the field, Scott Simpson and Pete Farmer, who play Wayne Rogers and Neil Kershaw respectively. Former All England winner Darren Plenderleith is second favourite and plays youngster Jordan Patrick. Jordan’s brother Adam takes on Nathan Dawes in what promises to be a close tussle, while Yorkshire’s Ashley Tattersley makes the long trip back to take on Russ Prosser. Former homester Scott Harries will look to green knowledge in his clash with Ayden Smith, while Warwick and Worcester Merit winner Carl Fielding takes on Ben Lynch.

Hopefully there will be live scores herewhich is where the draw is.
